Natural Waves Program

Natural Waves for Bryan Tx

Dr. Bailey has designed the Natural Waves Program to help with difficult life problems that can arise from neural inflexibility and living out of balance with natural energy forces.

Natural Waves Program uses a combination of Energy Medicine techniques, combined with cyclic exercise, to help bring harmony and internal control back into one’s life. The result is increased physiologic variability and improved health.

Cyclic exercise is a special form of interval training.  This cyclic regimen consists of four to seven cycles per day, where short periods of exercise are followed by periods of full rest.

Cyclic exercise takes only about one hour of exercise per month.  The exercises can be done at home, at work, or at a gym. The only special equipment one needs is a heart rate monitor to keep track of the intensity of the exercise.

The intensity of the exercise is graded to match a person’s existing level of fitness.

This cyclic nature of the exercise generates a series of parabolic-like waves of cardio-acceleration (lasting one minute or less) followed by recovery to a steady state.

The cyclic exercise sessions are varied as to time of day for 21 days, followed by a seven-day period where no exercises are done, to allow for a recovery period.

Natural Waves Program currently has protocols for

  • Weight Control
  • Alcohol Dependence
  • Drug Dependence
  • Smoking Cessation

Natural Waves Program may be performed in combination with treatment from other health care providers.

Dr. Bailey Asks some important questions of interest to Bryan residents - Chiropractor Bryan Dr. Bailey Asks...

Why is a "slipped disc" unlikely?
Separating each spinal vertebra is a disc. Its fibrous outer ring holds in a jelly-like material. Because of the way a disc attaches to the spinal bones above and below it, it can't actually "slip." However, a disc can bulge, tear, herniate, thin and collapse. But it can't slip.
How does headache medication find the headache?
It can't! Chiropractors know that when you ingest a drug and it enters your bloodstream it numbs or deadens your entire body. Chiropractic adjustments, on the other hand, are specific, targeted and delivered with precision.
