Good Vibrations Therapy

Good Vibrations Therapy is gentle and effective for a wide range of neuromuscular conditions, as well as nervous system dysfunctions.

Chronic pain, headaches, fibromyalgia, arthritis, tendonitis, and well as ADD, ADHD, restless legs, and sleep disorders have responded to this therapy.

Good Vibrations Therapy is a pleasant alternative method to reduce nerve interference, and is especially suited for those folks that do not like (or have not responded to) the usual chiropractic methods. Sessions last about 30 minutes.

All you do is relax on the sound table, follow the music, and enjoy the results of Good Vibrations Therapy.

Good Vibrations Therapy is based on years of research, by Dr. Jeff Thompson at the Center for Neuroacoustic Research, on the use of sound and light in reducing neurological disorganization.

You lay down fully clothed (shoes off, please) in our special treatment room on our comfortable "State of the Art" vibro-acoustic sound table.

The table uses specially designed low frequency solid steel transducers, which act like electronic "tuning forks". The table also has strategically placed special sound resonance chambers. The sound table creates an awesome surround-sound 3-D vibro- acoustic experience.

When you are on the Good Vibrations Therapy Table, you become immersed in healing vibration energy. Good Vibrations Therapy uses special music and sounds, delivered through bone and fluid conduction as well as through your auditory senses. It is an experience not easily forgotten, to say the least.

You are bathed in music, sounds that have been especially engineered with precision, low frequency vibrations to most effectively resonate your body and guide your mind into relaxing states of consciousness for healing, deep relaxation, emotional release, enhanced therapeutic interaction, openness, meditation, and pain relief.

There's more! Sound Coupled With Light!

Scientifically and mathematically engineered, the "Light Goggles" translate the music's vibrations into soothing light pulses. With light softly shining against your closed eyes, visual patterns peacefully match the music you hear through headphones, with the vibrations you feel through the sound table.

A few patients, because of certain sensitivities, are not treated with the light pulses. I do a screening to avoid any remote possibility of adverse reactions to the pulsed light.

Good Vibrations Therapy simultaneously blends your senses, your hearing, vision, and feeling into a healing experience. The gentle music, light, and vibration enfolds you into balance, through the natural healing connections of the auditory, visual, and motion-sensing systems of your brain, spinal cord, soft tissues, and through every joint in your body.

Good Vibrations Therapy combines all the pleasurable experiences of massage therapy, chiropractic therapy, with music and light therapy into a unique and deeply relaxing and core therapeutic encounter.

Dr. Bailey Asks some important questions of interest to Bryan residents - Chiropractor Bryan Dr. Bailey Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a Bryan chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
