The Sports Science Laboratory evaluation is a meticulous examination to find the barriers you may have to efficient, dependable and injury free running performance.
We use clinical excellence combined with state of the art objective muscle motion and strength testing, range of motion measures of your joints, and other specialized running specific functional assessments.

Runner’s Protocol
Based upon the Sports Science Laboratory evaluation, the Runner’s Protocol includes hands-on deep tissue work, chiropractic manual therapy, and individualized running specific performance enhancement activities.
The Runner’s Protocol can create dramatic and rapid changes in your flexibility, speed, strength, and resistance to injury. The Runner’s Protocol is for runners of all performance levels who are serious about improving their ability and preventing injury.
