Sports Performance Laboratory
Our Sports Performance Laboratory applies the latest research to analyze your golf swing performance to help treat and reduce injury and to enhance your accuracy and distance.
Research from studying professional golfers shows that a good golf swing requires balanced activity of your muscles, and proper timing and sequence. Our Sports Performance Laboratory evaluates all of these factors using state of the art electromyography and precise measures of the range of motion in your joints.
Using the results of the Sports Performance Laboratory analysis, we can design a program of performance enhancing activities specifically for you.

Golf Performance Training Program
We offer one-on-one, custom-designed Golf Performance Training Program. It is based on the results of the Golf Performance Evaluation. This program includes hands-on, deep tissue work, chiropractic manual therapy, and golf specific exercises. This program creates dramatic and rapid changes in your flexibility, control, strength, power and endurance.

Golf Performance Training Program is designed for golfers who have moderate to significant strength, flexibility, and timing restrictions and want dramatic and rapid changes to enhance their golf swing. This program is for players of all skill levels who are serious about improving their game.
